Spurred by recent electoral victories in several democracies that highlight the cooperative, participative leadership that women bring.

We believe this is our moment to double down behind women leaders in the NGO and Philanthropic arena, particularly across the gender, climate and nature spheres in order that we can  coordinate informally and formally across our work, and at the same time, support and elevate the deep bench of talent to ensure women’s leadership remains powerful in the decades ahead.

Our aim with this retreat is to foster solidarity and serendipity, restoring ourselves while igniting opportunities for collaboration in the face of immense challenges.
